Welcome to CBRhockey.com, were our main goal is to provide an enjoyable and educational hockey experience for hockey players of all ages and skill levels. We hope you will join us at one of our programs!

To excel in the game of ice hockey you need to perform well during games and practices. But if you want to push your level of hockey just that little bit further, you have to think outside the box, well outside the rink anyway. A healthy and proper diet coupled with hard work and exercise off-ice can assist you in doing just that. 

 

Please check back in the coming days and weeks as specialized dietary plans, valuable off-ice exercises and on-ice drills used by our coaches will be posted under this tab individually and together on this page.
